In the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working with many organizational groups, for example: hospital staff groups going through major management changes, new professional practices developing their management policies and an international team guiding a post-Soviet Eastern European healthcare clinic staff. These experiences have allowed me to assist professional and business office staff groups to move from chaos towards working group status and have informed my work as a consultant.
